Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\nIAS 2021 \u2013 the 11th IAS Conference on HIV Science \u2013 to be held virtually from Switzerland on 18-21 July 2021<\/strong>, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME\u00ae) with 22 European CME credits (ECMEC\u00aes). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he\/she actually spent in the educational activity.<\/p>\nThrough an agreement between the Union Europ\u00e9enne des M\u00e9decins Sp\u00e9cialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME\u00ae credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME\u00ae credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org\/education\/earn-credit-participation-international-activities<\/a><\/p>\nLive educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME\u00ae for ECMEC\u00aes are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
\nEACCME\u00ae credits<\/strong><\/p>\nAfter the conference, please complete this IAS 2021\u00a0CME Evaluation Form<\/a>\u00a0and return it to\u00a0cme@ias2021.org<\/a> by 8 August 2021<\/strong>. You will then receive your IAS 2021 CME certificate.<\/p>\nEach participant can only receive the number of credits he\/she is entitled to according to his\/her actual participation at the event once they have completed the feedback form.<\/p>\n
